jit compilation

Hello,

Could somebody explain me what is exactly a
jit compilation of a ufl form ?

Is there a documentation somewhere ?

Also I am wondering is there is a documentation
that would explain how a chain of computation
is constructed and how it is optimized ?

I am really interested in understand how it works !
