Preferences missing on Fedora9

I do not see preferences. Searching showed me an answer that addressed this issue for an Ubuntu user....

Also - the 'Open Plugins folder' option does nothing - hopefully that is not a separate problem.

How do I get this working on Fedora?

Install a recent version of Do, sounds like you have 0.4 or older.
