Your ISP/IP isn't allowed on this hub, allowed ISPs are: Rutgers

I've been using the ruxan.com:1411 hub at my henderson apartment at rutgers university for three years now and then suddenly yesterday I got this message

[23:36] *** Connected
[23:36] <Hub-Security> YnHub version: 1.036 produced by Yoshi, Nev and Todi.
[23:36] <Hub-Security> Your ISP/IP isn't allowed on this hub, allowed ISPs are: Rutgers
[23:36] *** Disconnected

I do not know what is going on bc I don't know why now after three years it says I'm not allowed on the hub. Can somebody please help me?
