DC++

reinstalling

had a motherboard change. although the program, the docs and all elements have been saved including the (partly)downloaded files, i can not join the network with my old stuff. best, g

If you backup all the DC++ settings XML files & the unfinished downloads, yes you can continue, as long as you put the unfinished files in the same place on the hard disk after you have reinstalled.
DC++ keeps all it's settings in the C:\Program Files\DC++ directory by default if you are running XP.

What version of DC++ are you currently using?

If you are using the latest version of DC++ & Windows OS as in Vista or Windows 7, this might possibly be the answer to your question.
