Can't download any hublist

Asked by wildjack54

Hi Everyone!

Probably, you're all getting fed up with this problem, i've almost started crying and smash the bloody computer but then i said i'll give it another go on the board! so i'll be very short, the situation is i've got xp sp3 ,i followed the upnp instructions ,everything's fine, also followed the firewall things (actually i switched off the firewall everywhere, in the router and on the computer). i've updated all the hublist addresses as it shown in faq's and the result is the hublist is downloading but nothing's coming up! so has anybody got any idea or should i put the computer under my truck's wheel? LOL thanks for any respond! David

a little update! i've changed the set up from upnp to manually port mapping ,everything's ok, checked it the port is open but it still wont download the hubs! another thing i experienced is it will let me to connect to the hub (downloading very slowly) then also let me searching (the search result downloads very quick) then when i start downloading something the speed is 10 b/s (would take 2 weeks for an mp3 songs) ! it's the same on upnp or manual port mapping! bollox
