This is the faq for this error message http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10739 , but I wouldn't be suprised if my earlier answer ( https://answers.launchpad.net/dcplusplus/+question/80927 ) would be a solution for this one either.

Are you & the other user that you are downloading/uploading from using the latest version of DC++?

no that didnt work eMTEE and Twighlight the other person is using Air Dc

eMTEE you solution of /rebuild did work .. once my friend got other user to do same .. so thankyou :-)
