what is file doesent match 7th root

when trying to download my friend gets this
file doesent match 7th root how can this be solved?

You and your friend both try to type

/rebuild

to any open hub window. This is a command for DC++ and won't be displayed in the hub. If the rebuild is done try to download again.

Btw. that error message should should say "file doesent match TTH root"...
