DC++

help me connect to fav hub please

I keep trying to connect to my fav hub and keep getting this messege
[15:51] *** Connecting to dchub://hsh2.no-ip.info:7777...
[15:51] *** No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
The hub is
dchub://hsh2.no-ip.info:7777

Was fine today and I had to go out for an hour and when I returned I had this error messege.
Also something about not responding in the given time.
I restarted DC++ and now the messege above is all I get.
Is there any other way I can get a messege to hub owners so I can register.
Any help please.

"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." aka Connection refused by target machine. My advice is try other hub networks in DC++.
