Why isn't hub XXX working ? Why can't I connect to address XXX ?

This is the forum of DC++, a client to connect to the DC network. We don't have any connection to any members of the network so we have no idea why that specific hub doesn't work.
There are thousands of hubs. How should we know ? Perhaps it's down or some other error happened. You can always try to connect to another hub (or, you can ask the hub admins why the hub is down, it's not us anyway).
