You need to save the file named Queue.xml. Its location depends on the version and installation mode of your DC++. If you use version earlier than 0.75 the file is located at your DC++ program folder. In case of the newest version follow this article to locate the file : http://dcpp.wordpress.com/2009/03/11/boost-up-your-dc/

Of course you need to put it to the folder where you've found it (to the DC++ program folder). This is a text file so you can open it with a text editor to see its contents, you should see the items of your download queue in it.
You need to copy the file when DC++ isn't running.

Xmm..am i able only to see the contents with a text editor??I thought that there was a way to load the queue and continue the downloading from the point it was.

If you have an earlier version that DC++ 0.75, what version of DC++ & OS as in XP or Vista that you are currently running?

If you copy the file the right way you can continue downloads. You copied something and nothing shown in the download queue so you did something wrong.
- You may copied a wrong (empty, etc..) file so you can >check< its contents in a text editor to be sure that you copying the right file.
- If you use different DC++ versions and the one you copy from is very old (0.40x or older) while the target is a new version (0.69x or newer) then the transfer may won't work because of incompatibility of the queue files.
- In the target machine you have Vista, and if DC++ is installed to the Program Files folder there can be problems accessing files due to a nice new feature of Vista. Read more : https://answers.launchpad.net/dcplusplus/+faq/92
