JUnk Data Spam

Connection Refused by Target Machine

Even after connecting, the hub gives me a spam warning saying I have Junk Data. I have double checked, and the files that i am sharing are the same ones the i have been using. I even changed the sharing folder and I still got the same message.
I am not sure what the problem is and how to fix it.
