DC++

Banned Quad Area

I guess everyone in the quad area on College Ave was banned from DC++.
Every time I try to connect it says this

*** Connecting to ruxan.com:1411...
*** Connected
<Hub-Security> Your IP or Hostname is banned
*** Disconnected

How do I get unbanned?
