DC++

files disappear after downloading

File disappears after downloading. I try to look for it in the queue but there are no files. Then I try to look for it in my computer (including directory) however it can't be found. By the way, but the disc space is occupied with it. How can I delete it or find or just do something? Help please!

After it's been downloaded they are no longer in queue. Obvious.
Check your settings to see if you have added some other path to your downloads then the standard setup folder option, or it should be in your DC++ folder and downloads.

Check your unfinished downloads folder. In case of errors the downloaded file can remain in the unfinished folder. But... if you know the filename and the drive where it occupy space why didn't you made search for it (in that drive)?

I did. Nothing was found. There is nothing in the unfinished folder either.

I've finally found it. It was in Pr Files. I have no idea why it wasn't during the searching (I knew filename). I had to look for it manually. By the way, not Vista. Anyway, thanks everybody for help
