""Download tree does not match TTH Root"""

Asked by bluegrass

I've tried the usual fixes. reload the doner's file list....ask the doner to rehash his files....remove all files from him from my queue and relaod queue.....remove DC++ and run setup again....WHAT AM I MISSING? I am getting other users ok. and have been for years. Said doner verified that he has refreshed his files.

What??????

The files as I click to download show up in my download folder ,but as they are acdcessed, i get the above message and the d/l folder says the user is unavailable due to the above error message.

???????????

Probably your hash data files are corrupted so you should rebuild them. If you use DC++ 0.68 or later go to a hub and type /rebuild command to the mainchat. It may take longer so be patient...
With DC++ version 0.674 or older you should open your DC++ program folder and delete hashindex.xml and hashdata.dat files (while DC++ is NOT running).
As a side effect your share will be fully reindexed in the next start of DC++...
