cant download but people can upload

im running xp home just installed 0.705 but i can`t download anything but people can upload from me
i need help in sorting this problem please

Hi there
I'm not one of these technical people I had a look at the IP`s there not
the same
I have wireless broadband the IP is different on that one what is I need to
get or do .

If you find the tutorials too hard you should use Firewall, Passive connection mode (with its disadvantages).
