downloads coming to a stop

have no problems until after about 10 seconds then all downloads slow to a stop and hubs start being forcably closed. All port forwarding and firewalls ect ect all set right also checked on other internet sites to see if port was accesable. I can go to other hubs without closing DC++ and I get the exact same result.

I have no other firewall other then windows firewall I have a a exception for dc++ and also the ports that are open on my router.

Does anyone have anything else I should check??? Or ideas/reasons for this???
