Lost acces to jazz private hubs

Hi to all, due to a pc crash I have lost My accesse s to jazz private hubs. Well Actually I have lost my addresses because I remember passwords. Someone who is an po there Could help me in some way. i'm not sure but One of them was jazzparadise but maybe has changed name. Thanks a lot
