DC++

error: connection timeout or connection refused by target machine

the first i set up the hub and the client dc++, i got connected , after a while , i wanted to get connected but dc++ keeps showing this message connection timeout or connection refused by a target machine
PS: i tried everything , but it wont work, please i really need help , its my school final project :/ thank u

can i create a window or an interface for dc++ using visual studio that got as a job to insert the nickname and email and to create the files of downloading and sharing ? as i said before, it's my school final project, help :/

it seems you want to pre-configure DC++ settings? sure, you could look at the structure of XML files DC++ stores settings in and replicate parts of them.
