Need to get back on with rooms - computer eliminated them all. Please HELP!

I'm lame with computers. After a massive spamming attack, many files were eliminated. I can no longer get back on the rooms I was on before for getting radio programs, audio books etc. How can I contact these rooms and get reinstated? Thank you.
