Cant use search or main Chat

Hi,
i am not able to use to the search option, for which minimun requirement is 100GB.
i have uploaded 108 Gb still i m not able to search.
'*** *** Searching is currently blocked for your Profile."
this messege pops up in the mainchat.
if i try to type in mainchat it show following messege
*** *** Main Chat is currently blocked for your Profile.
Help me out Please.
