DC++

how do i connect with hub

 my LAN ip address is 175.100.128.93 when i insert address in DC++ it gives me error:
[14:35] *** Connecting to 175.100.128.93...
[14:35] *** No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

another hub ip problem:

[14:37] *** Connecting to 115.69.240.94...
[14:37] *** A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

BUT I CAN CONNECT WITH 'PUBLIC HUB' VERY WELL what shld i do????
...plz help

You need port i dont se port in your ip address

I mean 115.69.240.94:411

411 is standart dc++ port you need port for your hub.

You have hub in your computer?
