Connection immediately closed

As soon as I connect to the hub the following message appears:
Your name should have (one of) the following prefix(s): [New] or [new] or [NEW]
I changed my name to include this but the same message always appears when I try to reconnect.
This is followed by: Connection closed
How do I keep the connection open?
