I have 3 rooms I can no longer enter due to target machine refused. How do I get the room address back to these

I was off the internet for 14 months. Now that I am back on I can't enter 3 of my rooms. Is it possible that their hub address has changed and if so how to I get reconnected to these rooms?- The rooms are --The Malt Shoppe, Country Star3, and lushlife.TY
