clamTk shows no results after finding threats.

This question was expired because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for the last 15 days.

You asked to reply to this message if I still have problems.

I was communicating through mails with Dave M, all that time about this problem, which still exists. There was no solution. Even I formatted my computer and installed Ubuntu 16.04 again with clamtk again, but nothing new.

The correspondence with Dave M stopped and my problem still exists. If anyone else can help, I would be grateful.

Sorry, I'm not ignoring you; just running out of ideas. :|

Can you open a terminal window and type "echo $LANG" (no quotes)?

For example, on mine, I get

dave ~ echo $LANG
en_US.UTF-8

I received the same as you: en_US.UTF-8
