Hello Ashok,

This problem is not really related to checkbox, if you need help or support, please look at http://www.ubuntu.com/support or www.askubuntu.com.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I am not that tech savvy so I need a clean procedure to get life into my computer after crash due to Installation update failure.
Any help would be appreciated.

Best wishes,

Ashok

If you are not that tech savvy, the best answer is to ask you to either go to http://www.ubuntu.com/support which will point you to several different ways to get step by step technical support, or to the communty at http://askubuntu.com where you can ask questions that will be seen and hopefully answered by the ubuntu community.

This particular venue is for questions/concerns about the Checkbox testing tools, not the Ubuntu OS or failed updates.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask ashok for more information if necessary.
