small cross section values, lhe problem

Dear Calchep team,

We are studying on a BSM model. In this model, for some processes (like pp->NP->ZZ-> llll where NP: new physics field, l: lepton), which have very small cross sections (< 10^(-11) pb) due to the unusual interaction between NP and SM particles, "lhe" files can not be created. Actually we obtain the numerical.txt, but the absent of lhe file will be a problem for our further analyses. How we can solve this problem?

Just increase maximum luminosity
Write

Max lumi: 1e20

Statement before setting the number of events you would y to generate

If you use batch, then the problem can be caused by luminosity limit.
See bin/run_batch line  ~625

$max_lumi  = 1e+9;

Try to increase this number
