Variation of decay width with a parameter for 3-body decay

Asked by Basabendu

Dear CalcHEP team,

I have a decay process with three particles in the final state. I would like to see the variation of the decay width with the any parameter of the model concerned. Could you kindly suggest if that is possible at all.

Thank you.

Hello Basabendu,

surely you can do this, for example, you can use ../bin/par_scan

script for this purpose. See manual.

Sasha

P.S.

Probably there is even easier way for you -- to use bacth file,

for example

#############################

Model:         SM(+hgg)
Process:   h->W+,2*x

Run parameter: Mh
Run begin:     120
Run step size: 5
Run n steps:   3
#########################

The only point is -- the units for the width will be not (fb) as it will
be written -- it will be (MeV)

-- we will improve this in the near future

Regards,

Sasha
