Error when commit/push

When I try to commit and push changes (to ubuntu/gelemental), I always get this error message: "bzr: ERROR: Cannot lock LockDir(http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/quantal/gelemental/quantal/.bzr/branch/lock): Transport operation not possible: http does not support mkdir() " Anyone can help me?

I use Windows Vista.

If you are pushing to http, that means you have not done 'bzr
launchpad-login' to tell bzr who to connect as.
