Update the launchpad page

Hi,

I see the page at https://launchpad.net/bzr is a little outdated. the link for the beta ppa is kinda old. since when you click on it it points you to the correct ppa. might as well update the link on the original page and delete the deprecated ppa.

Just a suggestion, so not quite a bug!
