Scroll behavior in 12.04

Asked by k-m

First i'm assuming from now on, byobu won't need a ppa because it looks like the packages already part of the main ubuntu packages.

Here comes the question, on my laptop and every where i've installed byobu, the scroll up and down only scrolls through the command history. It doesn't even show the scroll bar on either. On terminal however the behavior is standard. I see the scroll bar and I can scroll on the page.

I've tried deleting the .byobu file in home, tried a purge and reinstall and still same behavior. I'm even about to try to roll the packages back to oneiric just to see if it'll make a difference.

You use alt-pageup and alt-pagedown to scroll in byobu.
