Cursor-State Doesn't Indicate Login Progression

Bug Description

Typically, upon submitting login-credentials (at a login screen), a user expects the mouse-cursor to change to a "working" state (instead of remaining a static-arrow).

However, the unity-greeter's cursor doesn't change states (upon the submission of login-credentials). Perceptually, to the user, it makes the login-progress seem to "hang up", while the login process is actually progressing.

Changing the cursor's visible-state to some type of animated-cursor (immediately after submission of login-credentials) is a standard expectation of users and it prevents a false perception of "hanging up". This needs to be implemented.
