Bug Description

Touchpad-Indicator seems to work fine for disabling the touchpad once I've plugged in a mouse but it doesn't re-enable it when I unplug my mouse.

After investigating a bit further, I've found that if 'Disable touchpad on mouse plugged in' is set on, then it will disable the touchpad no matter what. I won't have a way to re-enable it at all.
