Bug Description

Hi,

my environment has the following variables set:

DEBFULLNAME="Alessio Treglia"
<email address hidden>
<email address hidden>

These are to allow me to use distro-specific tools which should automagically recognize the correct email address to rely on while doing packaging works.

Whilst some utilities (e.g. the "syncpackage" tool, provided by ubuntu-dev-tools) seems to float fine between the variables and properly set things up, "debchange" doesn't, it always takes the value of DEBEMAIL and compels me to either change the value by hand or prepend the command with a <email address hidden> to override the value set by the environment.

IMHO, the correct behavior would be reading UBUMAIL in first instance and, only if unset, moving forward Debian-way.
At most least, a command line option should be provided.

I plan to merge the Ubuntu changes into the Debian package, but I have no time for that in the next weeks. Then it should be possible to select a vendor (Debian or Ubuntu). Depending on the vendor, DEBEMAIL or UBUMAIL will be read.

  * French translation update.

  [ James McCoy ]
  * dd-list:
    + Recognize -h argument, as documented.
    + Don't error when given multiple binary packages from the same source.
      (Closes: #672309)
  * Also note DEBCHANGE_MAINTTRAILER change in NEWS entry for 2.11.7.
    (Closes: #672973)
  * dget:

      entry. Use the Ubuntu devel release.
    + Don't use NMU versioning for NMUs / Security uploads on Ubuntu.
    + dch --increment changes XbuildY to Xubuntu1 on Ubuntu (LP: #690230).
    + Try to guess the vendor based on the given distribution name (LP: #723715)
