Apport retracing service fails to register StacktraceTop

Oneiric i386 b1

got indicator-session crash and i've reported it as bug #839325, but was declared as "invalid" due to missing info.
then i've followed https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash to get the required dbgsym packages
so i update the repo via synaptic and install indicatot-session-dbgsym: indicator-session/indicator-session-dbgsym are both 0.3.4.1-0ubuntu1

Then i double-click the crash file, read the details: ok all the required info are there, then send the report: bug #839371
but this one again is declared as "invalid" because: StacktraceTop is wrongly empty, and a long list of "outdated" dbgsym is also wrongly identified (see bug #839371 post 5) and not directly related to the required package.
