Bug Description

LaunchpadBackend.authenticate() assumes that emailaddress.account is present, crashing if it's not (eg. 1944canistellaunchpad5). emailaddress.account should probably be NOT NULL, and all the bad accountless data inherited from Launchpad should be purged.

As it stands there are old team email addresses orphaned in the SSO DB, making it impossible to use some long-removed addresses to register an account. In this particular case, emailaddress 3670493 was inherited when the table was forked from LP, but only has an associated person, not an account.
