pastebin + login are inflooping me so I can't see the traceback, but I suspect it's the old can't-reach-the-private-xmlrpc-server-occasionally issue.

I sent the traceback to Barry, in hopes he could shed more light on it.

I did a search for old bugs in the launchpad project (with terms "connection refused mailman") but could not find a result.

While this is the root cause, I made this the dup of bug 578405 so that users can find the bug they are reporting.

gary. I undupped this per barry. Since we know the xmlrpc was broken, this may really be fixed after the mail env fix for psychopg2.
