Bug Description
I was attempting to subscribe to bug mail for all packages maintained by a specific person. After being told that there was no easy way for this to be done on the Launchpad side, I was advised to create a script to do it. However, the Launchpad API is currently unable to view or modify bug mail subscription information. As a result, I was unable to use the API to accomplish this task. I was told that I should create a question on answers.

This would be useful for the Ubuntu QA to determine what packages we don't have anybody actively monitoring and that an important bug might go unnoticed in.
