apport package hook for gathering printing information

Bug Description

Binary package hint: cups

With apport version 0.138 in Jaunty there is an attach_printing function for gathering information useful in debugging printing bug reports, however there is no package hook for cups that grabs this information. It'd be useful if this was used.

I've attached a package hook for cups that does that.

I would have added a debdiff to the bug report but since the package is synced with Debian I'm uncertain how to proceed.

debdiffs are still okay (package is maintained on bzr.debian.org, and has a mirror on code.lp.net).

I committed it to the packaging branch now; will upload after alpha-5 freeze.

  * Add debian/local/apport-hook.py: Apport package hook, thanks to
    Brian Murray! Install it in debian/rules if we build for Ubuntu.
    (LP: #334080)
  * debian/rules: Move init script priority to 50, so that cups starts later
    in the boot sequence. There is no reason why it should start so early
    (before e. g. gdm). Do the transition on upgrades in debian/cups.postinst.
