Do should look through local .desktop files before system ones

Bug Description

I used Alacarte to chang the exec command for Terminal from "gnome-terminal" to "gnome-terminal --hide-menubar" (I also changed the comment from "Use the command line" to something sillly).

Alacarte added the file .local/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop, which reflects the changes appropriately.

Gnome-do does not seem to acknowledge this - it still shows the same description and launches the old command.

from a LP answers question. We should search the local desktop files first, and then do system so that we can keep up with people's customizations.

We now scan the custom ones first, and ignore old (hidden) launchers, so hopefully this will express the behavior you are looking for.

this is marked as "fix commited", but in 0.8 series I ame still experiencing Do to launch system desktop files instead of mine.

For example I would like to modify (using alacarte) desktop file of Pidgin, say, change icon, and I would expect this changed desktop file to have precedence over that global/shared one, so I can see my customized icon, or, for example have this app launched with my own arguments

you've made a 0.8 release including this "major" bug? it doesn't update icons, nor the commands
