Alacarte launcher modification not recognized

Asked by Christopher Martin

I used Alacarte to chang the exec command for Terminal from "gnome-terminal" to "gnome-terminal --hide-menubar" (I also changed the comment from "Use the command line" to something sillly).

Alacarte added the file .local/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop, which reflects the changes appropriately.

Gnome-do does not seem to acknowledge this - it still shows the same description and launches the old command.

Restarting Gnome-Do should do the trick.

I would imagine it is indexing the one in /usr/share/applications first. Try editing that file. We should probably index from the local directories first, and then hit up the system ones. I will look into this. Thanks.
