Bug Description

various realtek drivers have been upstream with support for all the PCI_IDs that this dkms module claims to support.

upstream copy of this module FTBFS and had to be fixed by the kernel team to keep buildable with v5.19.

given upstream support in v5.19 this dkms module doesn't serve any purpose anymore.
