Bug Description

[Impact]
New stable point releases of neutron have bug fixes [1] that use a new exception (NetlinkDumpInterrupted) introduced in pyroute2 0.6.6.

[1] https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1962608

[Test Case]
The unit tests run during builds and the regression testing for the following neutron stable point releases will cover regression testing for this SRU:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1985084
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1985086
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1985087

[Regression Potential]
These patches are self-contained with the addition of a new exception class and other code that is limited to NLM_F_DUMP_INTR paths. Therefore, there should be no issues even if NLM_F_DUMP_INTR not a defined in the netlink.h file.

Hello Corey, or anyone else affected,

Accepted pyroute2 into xena-proposed. The package will build now and be available in the Ubuntu Cloud Archive in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. To enable the -proposed repository:

  sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:xena-proposed
  sudo apt-get update

Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag from verification-xena-needed to verification-xena-done. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-xena-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!

This SRU is required by the other neutron SRU:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/neutron/+bug/1985084
and the neutron one is released prior to this one for jammy. And it broke the package installation with jammy-updates.
