Bug Description

[Impact]
It shows below messages and fails to enable the wifi
[ 3.965229] u kernel: rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0003)
[ 3.965403] u kernel: rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0: Direct firmware load for rtw88/rtw8821c_fw.bin failed with error -2
[ 3.965405] u kernel: rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0: failed to request firmware
[ 3.967613] u kernel: rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0: failed to load firmware

[Fix]
There is a new firmware need to cherry pick
401bd6de rtw88: RTL8821C: add firmware file v24.5

[Test]
After add the firmware, it shows
[ 3.930187] rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0003)
[ 3.931104] rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0: Firmware version 24.5.0, H2C version 12
[ 3.999271] rtw_8821ce 0000:04:00.0 wlp4s0: renamed from wlan0

[Where problems could occur]
No problems could occur since it enables a new device.

Hello AceLan, or anyone else affected,

Accepted linux-firmware into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/1.187.9 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, what testing has been performed on the package and change the tag from verification-needed-focal to verification-done-focal. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed-focal. In either case, without details of your testing we will not be able to proceed.

Please include more information about the verification performed, setting just the tags is not valid verification. This time I'll accept it as is because I'd like to have it in for 20.04.2, but normally this will not be considered verified.
