Bug Description
For bug 1752026 we added a temporary mitigation.
In the meantime it became clear that the kernel will have the fixes in time.
With that we want to revert the changes as we can't after Release of 18.04 (need to keep the pseries-bionic type stable for migrations).

Regression test against ppa looked good tonight.
But there are more bugs for ppc (bug 1761371 and bug 1761372) coming in which I want to consider, bundle and reverify together.
If you want to pre-test feel free to use this PPA.
But it is essentially revering to a former state which was known good except this issue which will now be handled by the kernel so there shouldn't be much to expect regressions.
