The package is also missing in akonadi (4:17.08.3-0ubuntu2) bionic

Debian builds:

akonadi-backend-postgresql_17.08.3-2_all.deb
akonadi-backend-postgresql_17.12.2-1_all.deb

Any reason why not to build this? The psql backend just works if you configure it. And if you are already running postgresql you can eliminate running a 2nd sql server.
