Problem with Custom Docker registry and mirror

Bug Description
when adding application Docker Standalone Host to environment, it has a "Custom Docker registry URL" field with a description of "Custom Docker registry URL: URL of docker repository mirror to use. Leave empty for Docker default" that seems come from field Custom Docker mirror URL.
The Custom Docker mirror URL field is not present, and some other fields seems also missing.
When deployed, the Custom Docker registry URL seems used for Custom Docker mirror URL, and deployment fails with the following message: "Failure: Script setupRegistry returned error code".
We are using Openstack Liberty, Murano version string in egginfo/PKG-INFO is: Version: 2.0.0.0b2.dev48
