[PHP7] After bootstrapping, these PHP packages can be rebuilt

I'm quite sure that dpkg doesn't build against php. I think this package list needs double-checking.

TIL: apt-cache rdepends needs lots of flags to not pull in all of the types of dependencies! This new file list should only be based off the php5 reverse-dependencies.

It doesn't seem like this is a list of packages that can simply get no-change rebuilds to pick up php rather than php5; for instance:

I checked cacti two weeks ago for Debian and it couldn't be run with
php7 yet. Is that already solved in Ubuntu?

I had to make two changes.

a) cacti needs to default to mysqli not mysql for a driver.

b) liphp-adodb needs to cast $this->port to (int) in the call to
mysqli_real_connect.

After doing this:

root@electrostrictive-manuel:/usr/share/cacti# php
site/script_server.php PHP Script Server has Started - Parent is cmd

@Paul, can you confirm things are operational if that is done? I'll work
on packaging changes for this (and file a bug upstream for b)).

Well, I suppose that the additional information message simply won't trigger. And I guess that's not a problem, because if it was, the maintainer should've made the package depend on php5-memcache instead. So uploading as-is.

This is the second batch of packages that can be automatically rebuilt.

These have been better tested than the last set, and are just the few I ran across today as I proceeded alphabetically.

rebuild.3 includes at least one package, php-hamcrest, that just had a sourceful change sponsored. Holding off on no-change rebuilds of these pending clarification.

Totally my fault, just had left it in when it had not logically needed any changes in the packaging itself (but does need the PHP7 change provided elsewhere).

I did some testing and it seems that the (int) cast, mysqli change and
the cacti.conf apache change are the things required to get this to work
with php7.0.

Great, can you confirm that cacti as currently packaged in 16.04
(universe) (0.8.8f+ds1-4ubuntu2) works correctly upon installation,
then? It should have all the above changes.

No I can't. I don't have Ubuntu containers available yet on my (Debian)
system and unfortunately can't promise to spend time soon to check.
