Binary package hint: kde-guidance

During update the upgrade manager crashed during the upgrade to 7.04.
APT database is now blocked.
Powermanager crashed

Have you tried reinstalling kde-guidance?

Try running "python" and then running "import dcopext"
in the python interpreter and give the output.
