cannot authenticate update manager
Update Manager now requires a password for authentication. My password for Ubuntu doesn't work, and my password for Launchpad does not work either. Should I create a new Launchpad account just to create a password that works? Seems silly. Thanks.

I have that problem when using Update manager,it only occurs for me when any updates for Chromium browser are included.Does anyone else have any ideas?

I have a following problem : after type my password , the window does not dispears. Update manager works when I click to close the window ( in french : Authentification ).
Have you any idea ?
