If I understand you correctly, you're looking for AllTray to have a single
icon in the system tray, that would have a menu of the applications it
manages, is that correct?

yes you are correct!!!

if all tray can dock application inside itself, much more place will be free if you have huge amount of icons in notification area
maybe assign some keyboard shortcut for quick dock/undock applications into alltray itself or in norification area,

I think that this will be very good features of alltray and he will be much more flexibile for users, don't you think so?

Alrighty. This would depend on the implementation of bug 286577. I'll mark this as a bug to be worked on when possible.
